This is an EXCELLENT Montblanc ballpoint pen. It was a gift that has languished in a desk drawer since the late 1980’s. It is a Meisterstück 164 Classique in deep black precious resin with gold-coated details and surmounted by the white star emblem. This is a manufactured pen which has GERMANY and the Serial Number YH1474256 can be seen on the clip. This pen has a twist action in a resin body and cap with a gold trim. It uses a standard Montblanc ballpoint pen refill. Even though this genuine Montblanc pen is pre-owned, it is in excellent, very clean condition. The pen looks like it was very gently used with no typical light micro-scratches and light marks. There are no dents, dings, chips, cracks or other damage nor any monograms or engravings. There is a perfect white snowcap on the top. Excellent gold trim with no light micro-scratches and no trim wear. The pen has a good refill in it and works perfect.
